Stephen is president of Samtarel International Transport Agencies, Houston, Texas. Steve has been actively understanding peoples and corporations needs and facilitating agreements for clients in the United States, Europe, Scandinavia, Latin and South America in maritime and commodity contract negotiations for 30 years.

Steve teaches negotiations for the Greater Houston Port Bureau and is a member of U. S. Gulf International Commerce Club.

John Britton has more than thirty years' experience in the maritime industry. He has held managerial positions both in the United States and abroad. As a manager, John has over twenty-five years experience in planning, budgeting, and managing development and support activities. John understands the challenges of large organization personnel management and the impact conflict can have on the efficiency of an organization.

John has been closely involved with managing the interface between the private and public sectors. John also brings extensive international management experience in Europe, North America, Central America and South America, tying together academic theory with real-world experience. John focuses on helping his clients develop a vision, build effective leadership teams, address change issues and improve communication processes.

John's career includes management assignments with leading international trading houses, ship operating companies, ship and cargo brokerages and agency.

John is a Certified Arbitrator, certified by the Houston Maritime Arbitration Association of Houston, Texas. He is President of Gateway Maritime (Texas) Corporation offering general management consulting and expertise to ship operators, agents and brokers worldwide.

Tom Donovan has over thirty years experience in maritime related industries representing both management and labor in union and non union workplace environments.

Representing labor for the past seven years as advisor to two (2) labor organizations with previous six years as employer, experienced in contract negotiation and grievance dispute resolution.

A certified arbitrator with experience as panel chairman and sole arbitrator in cases related to the maritime industry.

Sixteen years experience working with international clients in areas of technical and cultural problem resolution as owners representative of vessels that call in the United States.
