If you are not happy with your weight after having a baby, don’t worry. You can lose those pounds without much hassle if you know what to do. You may be thinking that you will not have the time to exercise because your baby is so young that it needs to have you super close by almost all of the time. Of course, your baby will be sleeping a lot too. If you get into the habit of getting your workouts in whenever your baby is napping, you’ll soon see drastic results. Here are some things that you can do during your baby’s naptime that will charge up your day and keep you feeling (and looking) your best!

Latin Dancing: Latin style dancing will have two effects when you use it in your attempts to lose your pregnancy weight. You will not only lose weight but burn calories too as you swing your hips, tap your feet and roll your shoulders you’ll also feel sexier right when you need it. Online videos and workout dvd’s are a great way to learn a few dance moves even if you aren’t perfect at them. Dancing is also extremely fun so you won’t feel like you’re working out. That means you’re likely to stick with Latin style dancing longer than any other fitness routine, and that’s when you’ll notice the weight coming off fast.

The Super Crunch: This is an ab exercise that should be a part of every workout after giving birth. To begin this exercise, lie down with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Put your hands behind your head, breathe in and out and, while holding your abs in, lift your shoulders and head off of the floor. Hold that position for a moment while you lift your knees up off of the floor until they touch your elbows (keep your hips off the ground). Return to your starting position. The goal is to do between twelve and twenty reps of this, which will help get your abs into fabulous shape in no time (which is just how fast you will lose the weight too).

Air Bike: This post natal exercise begins with you lying down flat on your back and raising your knees and arms so that the left knee touches the right elbow and the right knee touches the left elbow. Repeat back and forth on each side. This is great for burning calories and helps you to strengthen your abs (which is quite important to people who have just given birth).

There you have it. Those are best ways for any Mom to lose enough weight so that she can go back to her pre-pregnancy size. Try these three tips and you’re sure to fit into your old clothes in just a short period of time.
